Getting Started

  • Assemble all relevant documents and information relating to your matter. Notes summarizing the history and key details of your situation are helpful and will speed up processing. For some matters, we may provide forms, checklists, or additional resources.
  • Call or email us to set up an appointment and discuss further.
  • Review our Master Retainer Agreement and Signature Page, which you may be asked to sign if we are retained.
  • Fees vary depending on the complexity of the project. All posted fees are estimated starting costs only, are not guaranteed, and are subject to change at any time depending on the details of your matter, actual out-of-pocket expenses, complications, and client instructions.
  • We only accept payments by cheque, cash, or electronic transfer. We do not take credit or debit cards at this time.

About Us

Szemplinski Law Offices is a law firm based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We are located in the heart of Port Credit. The firm was established in 2007. We have over two decades of experience.

Our main areas of practice are estate planning, estate administration, incorporations, and corporate restructuring. We also have experience in civil litigation involving fraud, debt collection, creditor rights, and enforcement of judgments and court orders.

Where appropriate, we will work with your other advisors, accountants, experts, and investigators to help you achieve your goals.

We do not handle criminal cases, immigration, family law, or real estate.
